Founder / Lead Instructor
With over two decades of Pilates practice and more than a decade of teaching experience, Ashley brings a deeply personalized and intentional approach to movement.
As the founder of Haven, she developed the Haven Method—blending classical and contemporary Pilates to support strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Her work is rooted in helping clients build lasting, healthy movement patterns tailored to their individual needs.
Ashley has extensive experience across pre- and post-natal care, injury rehabilitation, sports conditioning, and spinal alignment. Her sessions are thoughtful, adaptive, and designed to meet clients at any stage of life or ability.

Allison “Alli” Tomsik
Certified Pilates Instructor
With a foundation in dance performance, Alli brings a dynamic and expressive approach to Pilates rooted in movement awareness and control.
Her training includes comprehensive certification through Polestar Pilates, with experience working across private, semi-private, and group settings. She has supported clients through pre- and post-surgical work, as well as pre- and post-natal care.
Alli’s sessions blend creativity with precision—helping clients improve mobility, stability, and breath while building strength in a way that feels both energizing and sustainable.

Whitney Blocker

Whitney brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to Pilates, with advanced training across mat, equipment, and specialized modalities.
Her teaching emphasizes precision, alignment, and mindful movement—balancing technical expertise with a supportive, encouraging style. Whether working in small groups or one-on-one, she creates sessions that are both challenging and approachable for all levels.

Nicole Malandra
Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor
With over 25 years of Pilates experience and a background in yoga and corrective movement, Nicole brings deep expertise and a highly refined teaching approach.
Her work focuses on identifying and correcting muscular imbalances, relieving chronic tension, and restoring strength and stability. She has extensive experience working with injuries, spinal conditions, joint replacements, and pre- and post-natal clients.
Nicole’s background also includes working with professional dancers, helping them optimize performance through strength and alignment. Her sessions are precise, personalized, and grounded in long-term results.
